24/7 gym operator, Pure Gym has taken the ground, first and second floors of 67 hope Street in Glasgow: comprising over 18,000 sq. ft. of space on a 15 year lease. The building was originally purchased by Riverside Capital on behalf of a private investor.
The letting comes after Riverside Capital’s recent modern refurbishment of the asset which fuses classic and contemporary architecture by combining iconic red sandstone with a glass frontage. Internal improvements feature a stunning double height entrance foyer, three high speed passenger lifts, high quality finishes throughout and open plan, flexible and efficient floor plates from 6,000 sq. ft. that are virtually column free.
Riverside Capital instructed property consultancy, CBRE to manage the letting.
Sasha Stupar, Director at Riverside Capital, commented: “We are delighted to have secured the UK’s largest gym operator and are now one of the few office buildings in Glasgow where regular exercise can be easily incorporated into our occupier’s daily routines. We’re thrilled to welcome Pure Gym to 67 Hope Street and look forward to making further letting announcements soon”.
