Riverside Capital has completed its first letting at newly refurbished 197 City Road, or Old Street Works.

The 3,592 sq.ft. 4th floor has been let to 20ten, a London based creative agency with a growing team of 50+. 20ten works globally across the entertainment, gaming, music and FMCG sectors and counts the likes of Disney, PlayStation, New Balance and Unilever among its clients.

197-205 City Road or “Old Street Works” was acquired by Riverside Capital’s private investor platform in 2017 for £27.5 million. Clients invested £16.2 million in equity to purchase the Tech City property, which sits 300 metres from Old Street or “Silicon” Roundabout.

We are continuing our marketing campaign to let the remaining newly refurbished floors at 197, and are currently in the planning stages of refurbishing further space at the ground and lower ground levels at 205 to add further value to the asset.
