Riverside Capital has completed its latest lease renewal at Yarnwicke, Cannon Street, retaining the building’s fully let status.
Frontiers Media, a publisher of peer-reviewed articles in open access journals, has signed for a further year.
The agreement secures a market-leading rent for the building. At £145 psf, the rent is at the upper end of prime-space City benchmarks (around £130 psf) and well above the broader City of London market, currently around £100 psf.
This is reflective of the current high demand we are seeing for best-in-class, fully-fitted, top-quality space of this nature.
