In February 2018, Riverside Capital investors purchased a forward funding opportunity to construct a purpose-built Research and Development (R&D) facility in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The development, now complete, comprises approx. 37,500 sq. ft. of research laboratories, manufacturing, warehousing and office space. We are currently seeking a new tenant for this state-of-the-art building.
